"First a comment on the service. I contacted Cerami regards changing a sets makeup, as I didn’t want pasta bowls but did want cereal bowls. Sergio could not have been more helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. So I rate the service 5⭐️.

I ordered a set of plates and bowls just before Christmas and they arrived in time for Christmas. Customer service was fantastic when I wanted to vary my order. The plates and bowls are beautiful, each one unique with wonderful colours and slightly rustic in the shape that gives character but in a beautifully finished way. Very happy. Jane

Amazing crockery and amazing service. Sergio was a help from start to purchase and even hand- delivered the set to me.
So pleased with the set they are beautifully made. I highly recommend using them.
Our first delivery was a disaster – all the plates were smashed! The package seemed to be well packed but damage must have been through serious mishandling by the courier. Sergio, couldn’t have been more helpful. To avoid any further mishaps, I collected the replacements in person and am now the proud owner of beautiful artisan dinner plates, dessert plates and pasta bowls. The unevenness adds to their appeal.

I recently bought the Theresa dinner service and I have loved using it every day. The mugs are big and homely, the bowls and plates generous, the glaze beautiful and the quality fantastic. One of my cups was broken in transit and Sergio replied to my email within an hour and organised a replacement. I have just ordered some serving wear, decanters and a sake set. Be warned!! It is very addictive! My friends who have visited have also fallen in love with the crockery and visited the website. Fantastic products, fantastic service – I’m a very happy customer!
